All individuals aged 21 years old or older are eligible for entry to this competition. Please note that residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and the Czech Republic are excluded from this contest.
