Your childbirth certainly gave you two things a little angle, and a fat belly.
Work out will not give you a flat belly unless you use this wrap.
you will need:
- Ginger powder
- 4 to 5 drops of body lotion
- Plastic wrap
You need to out a warm wet towel around your belly and leave for 7 minutes. the warp heat will help opening the pores. Mix the ginger and you usual body lotion and apply it on your belly generously. Finally, use the plastic wrap around the belly and leave it overnight for better results.
This technique can be used on any part of the body.
